3. Hosting and infrastructure

The site is hosted by technical partners selected by GOOD, the technology arm of ECOSYSTEM VLG World.
Data may be distributed over several servers located in Switzerland, Europe or the United States, depending on the user’s access location.
Each host complies with the data protection legislation in force in its area of responsibility.

4. Use of personal data

a. Encapsulation and purpose

All data collected via our platforms (online behavior, educational progress, social interactions, user preferences) is encapsulated and strictly used to create or tailor services to the user.

b. Prohibition of commercial use

No personal data is transferred, sold or used for commercial, advertising or profiling purposes, unless explicitly authorized:

  • the user of legal age
  • or of the legal representative if the user is a minor

5. Legal framework applicable to data protection

Life on Line Sphere platforms are operated by ECOSYSTEM VLG World, an international organization based in Switzerland.
As such, the collection and processing of personal data are governed by a triple legal compliance adapted to the areas of activity of users and infrastructures.

🇨🇭 Switzerland – Federal Data Protection Act (nLPD)

We fully apply the Swiss Data Protection Act, which came into force on September 1, 2023, which provides:

  • Compliance with the principles of lawfulness, proportionality and transparency
  • Limitation of processing purposes
  • The right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition for all data subjects
  • The obligation of data security and responsible risk management

🇪🇺 European Union – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

We apply the provisions of the GDPR whenever we process the personal data of residents of the European Union.
This includes:

  • Clear information on the purposes of processing
  • explicit consent
  • The right to oblivion and portability
  • Prohibition of unsecured or unauthorized transfer of data

🇺🇸 United States – Local compliance & California law (CCPA)

The data of users based in the United States, particularly in California, as well as data hosted on servers located in the United States (State of Virginia), is processed in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable local laws.

This guarantees American users :

  • The right to know what data has been collected about them
  • The right to request the deletion or modification of their data
  • The right to refuse the sale or sharing of their data
  • transparent access to the purpose and use of the data collected

We never resell, rent or transfer personal data to commercial third parties without the explicit consent of the user or his/her family.

Encapsulation, portability and user control

Regardless of where they live, all users benefit from :

  • Sphere automatically adapts its management policy according to the connection jurisdiction.
  • Secure encapsulation of their data in a dedicated space
  • A management portal for accessing, modifying or deleting data
  • No commercial use of any personal information by default

L’IA embarquée dans nos plateformes est conçue pour :

  • DĂ©tecter des comportements Ă  risque ou situations sensibles
  • Alerter de façon bienveillante, dans le respect du cadre familial et lĂ©gal

Cette IA n’a aucune fonction de ciblage commercial, publicitaire ou comportemental à des fins extérieures.

8. Cookies & traceurs

Les sites utilisent :
