A. The spheres of Life on Line are universes monitored
in accordance with the SPHERE label for the safety and good governance of games, culture, commercial or non-commercial show rooms, learning and other services or activities.
1. The SPHERE label has a humanitarian purpose and is managed by Govern VLG world. It guarantees that the sole purpose of monitoring is to help users in our worlds to have a safe and better experience of games, activities and services, in a spirit of friendship and loyalty.
2. We ask you to respect our rules and to be aware that everything you do is monitored for your own good but may be used to reward you or to assess whether you are allowed to stay in the universe for the good and peace of the community.
3. When you enter our platforms and servers you become a Spherian and agree to abide by the rules.
4. Anything that is illegal is not permitted on our game servers. Illegal with precedence for Swiss laws.
5. When you pay a membership fee that gives you the right to stay and live in our universes. You obtain the status of “Spherian”. This status gives you rights but also duties: You have a duty to be a good user, to help those in distress and to be kind to other players.
6. If your discussions or behaviour or the content you provide is unfair or bad or aggressive or not acceptable with our rules, you will be sanctioned.
7. The penalty may range from a few days’ exclusion to complete banishment from our world. We remind you that neither you nor your parents will be reimbursed for any registration fees paid or to be paid. You will also be temporarily blacklisted or permanently banned.
8. Read or listen to the rules. You can ask our team for help if you need it, so that we can give you the appropriate support to understand the meaning of the rules. We remind you that you can follow a training course with an optional certificate for a fee, which will enable you to obtain a rules compliance badge.
B. Rules of conduct
1. Be polite and respect each other.
2. All players must have an appropriate user name. We advise you to choose one based on positive criteria. Using a name that is offensive, for example, may be considered unsuitable.
3. Your Minecraft skin must also be appropriate to your status as a Spherian and to our community.
4. Stay positive and if other players are different from you, respect the diversity of differences they bring with them.

10. If someone says no to you, whatever the subject, respect their decision.
11. It is not pleasant to be robbed or looted after being killed in the game. Please do not start making other players’ games unpleasant.

13. Please respect other players’ builds. Please do not destroy or modify them without their permission.
14. Please do not hack or cheat to gain an advantage that would not normally be available in a normal game.

18. We ask you not to continue any undesirable behaviour towards a player.

C. Safety rules
1. Please do not spam other players with teleport requests.
2. We ask you not to share information about your account in the chat.
3. We ask you never to share your account information with anyone.
4. We ask you to respect the confidentiality of other players’ personal information and not to share anything about them without their consent.
5. We ask you to inform us if you notice a player breaking a rule.Please report it to a member of the team.6.We ask you to let us know if you disagree with another player or if you are uncomfortable with their messages. Please tell a member of the team.

D. Communication rules
Language
1. Be careful not to use the caps lock keys in chat.
2. Please use the language of the server you are using in public chat.

11. We ask you not to advertise other servers in public and private chat.
12. We ask you not to advertise anything that is not related to the server.

1. We ask you not to send any links that are deemed inappropriate or malicious to our various platforms, as this is not permitted.
2. Please do not send links to any MC java or Discord servers that are not part of our public chat platforms.
E. Negative actions to cause harm
1. Negative actions intended to harm other players are strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban.
2. Please note that harassment of members of staff or other players will be severely punished.
3.It is forbidden to impersonate a member of staff or another player. Severe penalties will be imposed.

F. Technology and servers
1. Please note that the use of stolen or hacked accounts is not permitted. Severe penalties will be imposed.
2. We ask that all clicks be made manually (using a mouse) and not with any technology.
3. We ask that you do not spam orders that negatively affect other players.
4. Please do not use items that cannot be obtained on the server(s) you are playing on.
5. We ask you not to make modifications that control your player or automate actions. Such modifications will be heavily penalised.
6. We ask you not to use other accounts to spam chat rooms, orders or other methods of communication. These modifications will be heavily penalised.
7. We cannot condone the use of our server to defraud other players.These modifications will be heavily sanctioned.
8. Any threat or attempt to DOX/DDoS/SWAT another player or server will result in a permanent ban.
9. Please do not abuse a server bug or glitch to gain an unfair advantage.
